I struggled a lot to find solution of this problem. After googling i found a solution and it worked with me, i am posting the solution here. Good Luck
Reset your IIS and .Net register setings using following command:
C:/WINDOWS/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v2.0.50727/aspnet_regiis -i
It will reinstall ASP.NET
